Our artists can help you to realize your creative vision by directing you to works of art and offering various styles for your tattoo design.

Feel free to bring in your own design or browse through the hundreds of designs we have premade OR ready-to-go. The couches are comfortable and the talent is ready. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our staff, procedures, or equipment.

Here at Hollywood Stars Tattoo lounge, we also offer CUSTOM DESIGN. “You Think It, We Ink It” is our motto. A custom tattoo begins with your idea. We can create a custom illustration for you for an additional fee. Your design is guaranteed, which means we will continue to revise your design until you are satisfied with it. The result is a one-of-a-kind piece you will be proud to show off.

Speaking of proud…Have an old tattoo you’re not so proud of? Consider us before you consider laser removal. We can fix, repair, or patch around existing work and specialize in integrating multiple designs.

APPOINTMENTS are recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome, depending on artist availability. To make an appointment, call (310) 261-8523 or come on in. (9200 South Sepulveda Blvd, LA CA 90045). Simple pieces can be finished in 1-2 hours, while a more complex piece may take 2-4 hours or more. Larger sizes may require multiple sessions.

Payment – For all tattoos and artwork, payment shall be arranged with the manager. Artists do not give prices nor do they give discounts for cuteness J , but they do accept tips. We accept cash, sorry, no checks. Custom illustrations require an additional design fee. All artwork belongs to Hollywood Stars Tattoo and can only leave the shop as a tattoo or a sold piece of art. Please do not take pictures of the artwork or tattoo designs.

I have been researching tattoo artists from all over the globe. The most prominent thing I’ve noticed of what they have in common is that, those considered the best tattoo artists are those who have fully dedicated themselves to art. They are those who never missed a day without challenging themselves, making the aspects of drawing and creating art a part of them, not just tattooing.

Part of my personal challenge is to keep up with such aspects of being an artist. I don’t want to be a duplication of already reknown artists; I want to evolve from their works, both on skin and in general.

Being an artist, while also  a father of two, a brother of 8 siblings, a great son , and a business owner  of two locations is tough, also and most important trying to stay a good hearted person, especially while trying to keep up with all the changes in business and in family life. Loved ones who don’t understand the passion shared by those who aspire to create through art usually suffer because they feel left out and unimportant to the artist’s inspirations. One thing I can do for both my passion and family is never to give up.For over 20 years, I have seen the progress of many artist and have been amazed on their results. Some of them went into hiding in order to discover themselves while others strive just to stay on top. It is very hard to be good and even harder to be great at what we do and what we wish to acomplish. I am greatful to all my loved ones for their patience with me and my ever lasting challenge:

I LET MY DAUGHTER TATTOO ME WHEN SHE WAS SIX. GREATEST TATTOO EXPERIENCE I have been through so much in the twenty plus years tattooing.  I started tattooing at 13.  The first tattoo I had done was putting my initials on a girl I was in love with, she had wanted her boyfriend’s initials but I decided to put my own instead.  It has been a long journey getting to where I am today, I went from tattooing out of a garage for 5 years, begging friends and family to let me tattoo on them because I needed the practice, then from one hood shop to another.  When I thought I was about to call it quits I joined the Marines, there I didn’t have to beg anyone to get tattooed, marines came to me daily and I learned so much and tried many different styles.  I learned by trial and error.  After getting out I tried going to the VA for help to open my dream shop and was told they could not help , just a home loan and I needed a secure job.  It took me five years of hard work after dealing with the VA that I realized I needed to use what the Marines had taught me as far as writing missions and patrol orders to finally open Hollywood Stars Tattoo.  I couldn’t let my dream  just slip away like that, a dream I’ve had since I was thirteen years old. When I finally opened I had many artists trying to work here, I worked the first year completely alone because I was so picky about letting another artist into my dream shop.  I was searching for good people with great work habits and customer hospitality.  I know it is a lot to ask of an artist to be a good person ,but i cant work with dirt bags. I don’t want the bad element of this industry around the great clients that come into the shop.  I want people to feel at home. It is  hard to feel comfortable in a shop when there’s drama at the work place.  It took another five years  to of searching to find and fine tune the proper crew to join me in my struggles in making Hollywood Stars Tattoo an amazing place to get tattooed.  The artist here will come and go, as we get new artist in they go through trials and I am very proud of those who survive the journey . Book your greatest tattoo experience today!! hollywdstarstattoo@yahoo.com ask for Erik let me know how we can custom your event. I have known these guys since they came out from chicago and its been a pleasure to meet two hard-working passionate artists. These guys are known for their great music and work ethic. They have inspired me to get less sleep and more grind time in. Now Da Internz have a cool youtube channel called Da Internz TV where they interact with many other celebrities and their music is blowing up. The Hollywood Stars Tattoo theme song, created by Da Internz, is a perfect example of their style and talent. It’s a hit! They have worked with artists such as John Legend, Justin Bieber , MIMS…..just to name a few. They will visit us soon and bring some friends and I will update the blog with more details.
